Who we are. Aeginis is the controller of the information you send through the forms on this site. You can reach us at novelproductsin@gmail.com.
What we collect. The name, email address, organisation, phone number (optional), enquiry type and message you type into a form. We also store a one-way scrambled form of your connection address to limit spam, and the time you sent the request.
Why. Only to read and reply to your request, and to continue the conversation with you. We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it. Your request is stored in a private database on our own web hosting, outside the public part of the site, and shown only in a password-protected inbox used by Aeginis. We also email you a private link, which only you and Aeginis can use to view your request and replies. Please do not share that link. Our hosting and email providers process the data on our behalf.
How long. We keep a request for as long as the conversation needs, and normally no longer than 24 months after it ends. We delete it earlier if you ask.
Your choices. You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you, and to stop contacting you, by emailing us. Please do not send confidential details such as passwords or financial account numbers through the forms.
Cookies. This site sets no tracking cookies. Visiting your private request link may set a short-lived session cookie that exists only so the page can work and stays on your device until you close the browser.
